PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports. Establishing a positive school culture consists of setting up a behavioral management system to reflect a shared vision of common values, beliefs and expectations. PBIS will bring proactive teaching of behaviors to our building as our approach to creating a positive school culture for our students and staff. The focus is to teach and reteach positive behaviors and to continually recognize what students are doing right in the school.
