Ohio’s Learning Standards, model curricula and assessments are the major components of our state’s education system that work together to help students learn.
The teachers in the Massillon City School District regularly participate in teacher based teams and are heavily involved in professional staff development opportunities focusing on standards-based education, data analysis, assessment, instruction, technology integration, and project-based learning. Our district strives for excellence and all of our efforts are directed toward promoting academics.
