2025-2026 Open Enrollment for Kindergarten-12th Grade is NOW OPEN!

• Given the transitional nature of the academic year with the introduction of new elementary school buildings, we cannot guarantee that your preferred option will be available. Classroom sizes will be carefully monitored to maintain balance across all buildings.

• Open enrollment for kindergarten through 12th grade can complete the process by clicking on the appropriate link below.

• Kindergarteners are considered New Applicants and must be five (5) years of age by August 1, 2025, to enroll. 

• Important: New Applicants must pre-register in FinalForms before applying for open enrollment. Your application will not be considered unless you pre-register. Please do not pre-register until the 2025-2026 registration period is officially open. All information entered on FinalForms must be updated if any changes occur, and each form must be signed before the start of each school year. 

• You must apply for open enrollment annually; approval is valid for one year only.

Building to Building:

You live in Massillon but want the opposite school building in which you live. Example: Live in the East Elementary boundary but want West Elementary or live in West Elementary but want East Elementary.

District to District:

You do not live in the Massillon City School district but want your child to attend Massillon City Schools.
