🎉Big Tiger Roar Alert!🎉 We are beyond proud to announce that our very own MJHS school counselor, Cara Sanders, has been named the Ohio School Counselor Association Middle School Counselor of the Year!🏆 Thank you for your dedication, passion, and all the ways you make a difference in the lives of our students every single day!

Our Cosmetology seniors had an exciting day exploring career opportunities right here in Massillon! They toured three local salons: Kathy Boyd’s Salon, Head to Toe Salon & Spa, and Inspired Design Nail Bar & Salon! After the visits, they wrapped up the day with refreshments from Golden Tiger Tea. A huge thank you to these incredible businesses for welcoming our future cosmetologists and showcasing the possibilities right in the heart of Massillon!

Mrs. Talkington's class recently wrapped up a unit about a career as a chef with a delicious creation - Friendship in a Cup!🍽️👩‍🍳 The students followed a recipe to whip up this special treat and invited our principals and counselors to come visit and enjoy with them!

WHS Construction Trades with another successful start in partnering with Habitat for Humanity to build another home for a family right here in Massillon!🚧 🔨

🇺🇸Remembering and Honoring 9/11🇺🇸 For the sixth year, WHS teacher, Sam Studer has brought together students, staff, service members and local first responders for a heartfelt 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. Local heroes and staff shared their personal memories of that day, followed by a performance of the National Anthem by the Massillon Tiger Swing Band. Participants then formed teams of three and climbed 110 flights of stairs throughout Paul Brown Tiger Stadium, carrying weights and rescuing six "civilians" represented by American flags. This meaningful event is a powerful tribute to the courage and sacrifice of that day.
